Manufacturing Excellence

Built for precision, consistency, and scale

Two dedicated manufacturing plants in Nashik, together with a third plant in Haridwar, operate 19 injection moulding machines, supported by in house compound mixing, automated metal pretreatment, a comprehensive toolroom, cryogenic deflashing, and a fully equipped testing laboratory.

Every product passes through controlled compounding, precision tooling, vulcanisation, and multiple stages of quality inspection, ensuring the tight tolerances that critical assemblies demand.

Our team of approximately 150 employees brings deep domain expertise in rubber technology, product design, research and development, and process control. Moulding and compounding professionals have an average tenure of 12 years, a level of continuity that translates into consistent quality and reliable batch to batch performance for our OEM customers.
